Knesset Channel poll: 30% want Netanyahu as PM, 23% Herzog

A Knesset poll released today showed that 30% of the public prefers Netanyahu as Prime Minister with Isaac (Buji) Herzog trailing behind him at 23%. Behind both of them, Naftali Bennett received the backing of 11% of the poll, Livni and Kahlon each received 4% and Lieberman got 3%.

The poll is an improvement for Netanyahu, who in the previous poll was only leading Herzog in suitability for PM by 1%. The most interesting stat, however, is 21% of voters said they “didn’t know” whom they wanted as PM.
